ANE: Grant Management Made Simple

Grant Management Made Simple equips nonprofit professionals with the knowledge and tools needed to successfully manage grant-funds in support of stronger program management and healthy organizations. 

Participants will learn how to establish compliant grant management systems, monitor budgets, document expenditures, track program outcomes, and meet reporting requirements. The course emphasizes practical strategies for maintaining compliance with grant requirements while reducing organizational risk. Through hands-on activities, templates, and real-world examples, participants will develop a grant management toolkit that supports successful implementation and prepares their organizations for future funding opportunities.
