Thank you for your interest in the ACT WorkKeys Assessment at Tidewater Community College!

This ACT WorkKeys Assessment course is a three-hour, proctored testing session that includes three assessments: Applied Math, Graphic Literacy, and Workplace Documents. Participants who successfully complete these assessments may earn the ACT National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC) at one of four levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum.

The ACT NCRC is a nationally recognized, portable credential that demonstrates essential workplace skills and can help support career development and advancement opportunities.

Please note that this is not a preparation or study class. Instead, this session is for individuals who are ready to take the official WorkKeys assessments. 

The cost of the three-part assessment is $66 (or $22 per test).

Except on holidays, the assessment is offered on the 2nd and 4th Saturday of each month at 9:00 a.m. at the following location:
