Customer Service & Marketing: The secret to distinguishing your agency brand

Building a strong brand for your nonprofit is rooted in the promise you make to those you serve – clients and funders alike.  It draws people to you, but can also turn people away. Brand tells them what they can expect from you and it differentiates you from your competitors.  Your brand is derived from who you are, who you want to be, and who people perceive you to be.  While we may think of brand as represented by a logo or website, this class helps you look internally to how your brand is experienced by your clients, employees, volunteers, and funders.  What are the results of that experience and how does it impact your ability to deliver your agency’s mission?

In this interactive session, you will:
  • Explore your current brand and how it is experienced by key constituents, define the brand experience for which you strive, and understand the gaps
  • Understand the correlation between branding and marketing, customer service and recruitment
  • Learn how to tie your brand to performance and accountability in the organization
  • Create a branding strategic plan for your nonprofit with ideas that you can implement in your organization
  • This session is ideal for multiple representatives from your organization to attend so that you can walk away with a working plan to implement at the end of the day.
