Constant Contact: The Email Subscriber's Experience

Constant Contact® is the most trusted name in email marketing.  Whether your organization has been using it for a while or is just getting started with it, you will take a deep dive into the tools and settings that will help you get the most out of your marketing efforts.  These workshops are specifically for the Constant Contact® platform, and sessions two and three build on the information in the first session.  Participants will work along in their organization’s account during these sessions.

Take a deep-dive into the subscriber’s experience from the signup to receiving and opening your emails, all the way to the donation click.  Participants will work in their organization’s Constant Contact® account during this session to create optimized signup forms and welcome emails, including Auto Responders.  This session builds on the foundation of session one’s information held on February 10th.

  • How to create magnetic Contact Us and Sign Up pages
  • How to say “Welcome” like you really mean it
  • How to use Auto Responders
  • How to manage your Contacts with lists and tags
  • How to manage bounces
  • How to avoid unsubscribes and spam reports
