Glatt Kosher Cooking Class: Cajun and Creole

Students will experience the flavors of New Orleans, where the culinary influences from Spanish, French and African settlers combined to create truly unique flavor profiles and cooking techniques. Sample items prepared in class: Jambalaya, Gumbo, Etouffee, Blackened Fish with Remoulade, “Dirty Rice”, Bananas Foster, and Pecan Pralines (Menu items subject to change based on ingredient availability)
