Training Assessment
The management team of SwimWays Corporation consists of 25 – 30 Manager, Senior Managers, Directors, Vice Presidents, Senior Vice Presidents, and a President. SwimWays would prefer the training to be delivered on-site, within one to two days.

Introduction
Open communication between managers and employees produce clear professional objectives, keep projects focused and avoid potential workplace conflicts from escalating. Both employees and managers have a better understanding of expectations and issues when regularly discussed by managers and employees in both ongoing formal and informal settings.
