Best Practices in Good Governance

 Does your nonprofit operate under best practices in good governance? What does good governance mean for your organization? Consider if your organization is accountable, responsive, and efficient? Does your board operate following the rule of law, is transparent with its practices, encourages participation by everyone and is inclusive with regard to decision making?
