Building Leadership Strategy through Serious Play

This workshop is specifically designed for top teams and/or senior leadership. It takes an unusual approach to learning – working with “corporate Legos” and follows a specific methodology called Lego Serious Play.

Lego Serious Play is literally a “hands-on” experiential approach to learning. The facilitator supplies concepts and a process. Participants build their own knowledge through modeling their real-life leadership issues and solutions in 3D. They build a shared understanding of key issues, and a shared strategy for addressing those issues.

  • Working with the hands stimulates the brain to think more creatively, to break out of old habits and patterns.

  • The technique does not require creative or artistic skills from the participants; it requires only a willingness to engage in the process with an open mind.

  • Participants will come away from the workshop with a group action plan for leading the rest of the organization.

Before the workshop - Review company strategy and business objectives for 2019 and the future. Be prepared to summarize these during the workshop.

Following the workshop - The facilitator will supply a summary of ideas and key issues surfaced during the workshop, as well as recommendations for future leadership development topics for the top team.
