  • Communication: The ability to communicate instructions is a key aspect of any business; however, understanding and insuring that those ideas, instructions and/or orders have been properly received has great value to everyone. This session will concentrate first how we communicate, second how we know it has been properly received and third the ability to give feedback while avoiding criticism. We will cover facets of individual leadership, change and the disruption now evident in all aspect of business.  We will strive to develop a better understanding and importance of knowing the value of teamwork across all areas of business.

  • Motivation: Trust is something that can change a group’s dynamic. Lack of trust brings progress in an organization to a halt. If developed and leveraged properly; however, trust has the potential to create unparalleled success and prosperity in every dimension of life. Within this session, we will review some aspects of the speed of trust and the outcome when that lack of motivation exists and an organization becomes inefficient and unproductive. We will discuss a few characteristics of how your attitude will determine your altitude in business and in life. We will talk about the “what is in it for me” world we now live in now, and how that affects our perception of the people around us.

  • Stress / Time Management: Stress is a reaction your body experiences because of a demanding circumstance or event that requires immediate action and attention. Stress often has a negative connotation, but it is actually useful and necessary. Stress can make you more aware of your surroundings, increase your focus, give you needed energy to complete a pending task and even supply your body with the extraordinary ability to handle an emergency. Your body’s intended purpose for stress is therefore, a naturally good and beneficial one. Time constraints can trigger stress in people’s lives. Schedules often become overloaded, causing people to feel overwhelmed. In order to alleviate this kind of stress, making a list of priorities can help your schedule become more manageable and possible to complete. For this session, we will discuss strategies to manage stress, stressful situations and the lack of time in our daily calendar.
