This is a customized class built to teach machine shop math fundamentals for the employees of Unilever Lipton. The program has emphasis in arithmetic, unit conversion, basic algebra, linear equations and geometry. After successful completion of this course, participants will be able to convert between and perform operations with US Standard and metric measurements, simplify and perform basic operations with algebraic expressions, solve word problems, and calculate perimeter or circumference, area and volume of basic geometric shapes.
