In this class series participants will be guided through important information about what makes a holistically strong start-up nonprofit. From board governance and financial management to volunteers and strategic planning, we touch on all aspects of a strong nonprofit and highlight best practices. Students work on a "Mission Map" to clearly articulate and identify the impact of their programs and leave the class with new connections and insights about the nonprofit sector.
Our Condensed Summer Session will meet:
Saturday, July 18 from 9:30-3:30 PM
Saturday, July 25 from 9:30-3:30 PM
Saturday, August 1 from 9:30-11:30 AM.
This class will be held in our Suffolk location off 664--just beside the Monitor-Merrimack Bridge Tunnel. Making it easily accessible for individuals on the Southside and Peninsula.
