In an often demanding, resource-constrained environment, leaders are faced with a daunting challenge to prioritize programming without jeopardizing staff well-being. This workshop focuses on resilient leadership as a cornerstone for fostering a connected, aligned, and sustainable workplace culture. Participants will explore how leaders can actively shape positive organizational environments that support both their team members and the mission. Attendees will explore resilience-building tools and strategies they can use to build resilience, strengthen connections, and cultivate workplace cultures where people and purpose thrive alongside each other.

  1. Recognize the impact of workplace culture on staff retention and organizational stability
  2. Understand the principles of resilient leadership and its impact on workplace culture.
  3. Identify strategies to foster alignment, connection, and sustainability within teams
