It's Cake!

CourseGraphic Discover some of the most favored cakes from around the world. Campers will learn and employ the methods and techniques used by professional pastry chefs to make a variety of traditional cakes. German Black Forest Cherry Cake, Australian Pavlova and Japanese Cotton Cheese Cake are part of the culinary landscape we will discover during TCC’s Cake Camp 2018.

Registration requires completion of parental consent forms at  https://forms.tcc.edu/summer-camps-release/   Forms must be completed no later than Wednesday before the camp begins on Monday.
