Learn how to select, create and implement a variety of program evaluation tools, including surveys, structured interviews, focus groups, observations, checklists, case records, and program databases. Discussion will cover the purposes of each tool, advantages and limitations of each tool, how to correct them, and how to use or refine existing tools from maximum benefit the interpretation capacity of each tool, and the best ways to present data.
