This course is an important first step in payroll education that covers the basic procedures, processes, and terminology defining the daily workload of the beginning payroll practitioner. This 60 hour, online course prepares the student to sit for the Virginia Real Estate Examination for a Salesperson. The Commonwealth of Virginia requires a student to complete - with a passing grade - an approved sixty-hour course titled "The Principles of Real Estate."
