This 60 hour, online course prepares the student to sit for the Virginia Real Estate Examination for a Salesperson. The Commonwealth of Virginia requires a student to complete - with a passing grade - an approved sixty-hour course titled "The Principles of Real Estate."
This online class not only allows the student to fulfill the sixty-hour requirement, but also prepares the student to sit for the exam. Enrollment is flexible - a student can start the class at any time, however students are expected to finish within six weeks. Students who complete the course can also take an additional test and review course at no extra charge. Students are responsible for purchasing the required text.
