Communication Planning: Create your blueprint for action

Are you feeling overwhelmed with planning events, writing newsletters and updating social media?  Are all your communication efforts effective?  A good communications plan ensures you’re doing the right work, pursuing the right goals, and doing it the best way when there are always other options and choices for the use of your limited resources.  In this course, you will learn how to declutter your communications to-do list by reassessing and realigning your capacity with the needs of your organization.  You will write a strategic communications plan that will organize your communications into a written blueprint for actions and activities: what, how, when, where, and to whom you should be communicating.
