Join a team of skilled facilitators as they guide us through this 2-day experiential learning program to advance our skills as leaders and explore the art of facilitation – the ability to assess group needs and assist groups in achieving goals through effective process. Through an assessment, each participant will learn their personal learning-thinking-working style preferences, as well as learn group dynamics models, and explore team building and collaborative approaches to problem solving. Emphasis will be placed on achieving a common vision and then using that vision to support strategic and action planning in your organization.
This is an ideal workshop for business and nonprofit leaders as well as community volunteers and Board members.
