Outbound and Cold Calling Sales Training

  1. Given that Canon ITS is committed to quick and easy resolution of all sales and support issues, and to the continuous service improvement and investment in sales and customer support training areas.It is important to have training in the best practices of outbound calling, and to create a sales culture which embraces the cold calling methodologies.
 
  1. Therefore, given an outbound calling and cold calling sales training, participants will:
  • verbally describe the product offering in sufficient detail for the intended audience (small business owner)
  • access and use the list service database of prospect names to make phone calls
  • update the list service database with corrections and additions
  • use the database functionality to schedule follow ups
  • use the database to record sales
 
  1. After completion of the course, students will have practiced anddemonstrated a proficiency in:
  • outgoing (cold) telephone calls
  • personalizing the scripted message
  • telephone conversations with (dummy) prospective customers
  • handling initial objections
  • conducting follow up calls
  • closing the deal
