Workshop Description
Emotional Intelligence (EI) describes a set of emotional and social skills that that collectively establish how well we: perceive and express ourselves; develop and maintain social relationships; cope with challenges; and use emotional information in an effective and meaningful way. This workshop will provide participants with a roadmap for successful introducing EI programs to their organization, and explore how leaders can leverage EI to increase team productivity, enhance resilience in employees and strengthen their relationship building skills.
