Performance Improvement -- 3 - 60 minute webinars; 3 Face-to-face workshops.
Course Introduction
The overarching goals of the WHRO Project Management - Performance Improvement Program, for individual/partner performance are to:
? Improve the communication when working on projects;
? Reduce the transition tension between daily job tasks and engaging in larger events;
? Share and build best practices to improve communication and individual performance.
Instructional Strategies
A variety of instructional strategies will be used throughout this project. A Community of Practice pedagogy will be employed to foster collaboration and communication. Hands on activities, group discussions, collaboration on and contributing to best practices as well as sharing and developing job aids like spreadsheets, budgets, checklists etc.
Requirements
? Identification of your selected project.
? Collaboration: Participate in each webinar/workshop.
? Completion of an individual project.
