JSTP: VBRA Food Handler and Customer Service Program

This course is designed to prepare students to take and pass the industry examination to obtain a food handlers card/certificate. Topics covered include food safety, sanitation, personal hygiene, allergens, and food temperature. In addition, students will learn skills relevant for delivery of excellent customer service at a restaurant establishment.
