Enrolled Agent: Parts I and III

Enrolled Agent professional and ethical requirements, records maintenance, electronic filing, rules and penalties. Review representation for building taxpayer cases including documentation, legal authority, reference, collections, penalty abatements, audits, exams and appeals.

Students will study individual taxation, including filing status, forms and documents, calculations basis, capital gains and losses, foreign reporting, personal exemptions, deductions and requirements for electronic filing.
