CULINARY ARTS RSVP: The Road to Success in Virginia Program (RSVP) is a comprehensive course that prepares individuals for employment and life skills after incarceration. This grant program is in collaboration with the Norfolk City Jail. Emphasis is placed on the development of workplace essential skills as well as occupational skills. Program completers will attain a certificate of completion from TCC and other industry specific credentials.
