The Transitional Jobs Skills Training Pilot Program is an eight (8)-week program that provides part-time jobs, workplace readiness training, supportive services, and financial empowerment skills to people who have prior justice-involvement. At the conclusion of the program, successful participants will have the opportunity to convert to full-time jobs with the City of Virginia Beach. The pilot program will have a maximum of 10 participants.
