Discrimination and harassment in the workplace can have many negative impacts, ranging from decreased employee productivity to diversion of resources from the organization’s core functions. This course will review the aspects of Equal Employment Opportunity law (what you have to do legally), why you should value diversity in the workplace, how you can create a more diverse work environment. The training will improve diversity knowledge in order to use strategies to be proactive and remove barriers to ensure a more diverse and inclusive workplace.

• To learn how diversity issues impact us in our daily interaction in the workplace
