This is a customized course to deliver Microsoft 365 training to paralegals on the following topics:
- Excel – data filtering, numbering, headers and footers, formatting the spreadsheet, sort chronologically, deduplicating data, guide to short cut keys where available, adding boarders, using formulas, and other similar functions.
- Word – using the styles function, adding in a table of contents, compare feature, how to add hyperlinks, general formatting and any other similar features as time may allow.
- PowerPoint – how to create a presentation using PowerPoint. We would like to go as in depth as time allows. We can stick to a general overview and if time allows, dive a little deeper into formatting, creating call outs, highlighting existing text, adding shadows and borders to images, etc.
