Strategic Planning Workshop

Planning often takes a back seat to day-to-day operations.  This hands-on workshop is designed to take you out of your daily grind so you can engage in the process and thought needed to focus on broad picture planning for your organization.  Bring your current plan or start from scratch. The day will be spent working with a pro to create or further develop a Strategic Plan for your organization.

  • Choosing the best approach for your organization
  • Organizing your information
  • Creating short term, mid-range and long term strategic goals
  • Operationalizing your plan
A list of what to bring to class will be given out the week before class
