This class will focus on building the board specifically for fundraising, including getting the fight folks on the board and board skills needed to assist with fundraising, The class will include discussion and activities around board led, staff driven fundraising and role playing.

2. The kind of board you need in place to fundraise and how do you get to that place

3. Fundraising Responsibilities of Board and staff

4. Board involvement in different types of fundraising

5. Participation in role playing activities around making the ask
