« back to classes page
In today’s climate of nonprofit accountability, sound program evaluation is critical to grantwriting and
fundraising success. In this workshop, participants will learn about effective evaluation planning to support grant development, discover the difference between outcomes and outputs, work with program logic models, and review the importance of reporting and dialogue with the funder. The training session will use examples of actual logic models and scenarios from real-life examples of how evaluations have been conducted.
